What Letterknife is

Letterknife is an AI assistant that works on email you connect: it reads, scores, and summarizes messages, drafts replies, and organizes your day. It is operated by Kremsa Digital (BYKD), Slovak Republic ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

Beta status

Letterknife is in beta. Features change, and occasionally break. The assistant makes judgment calls on real email — it will sometimes score, file, or summarize something differently than you would. Safety defaults (drafts instead of sends, consent gates) exist for that reason; keep them on until you trust it.

Your account and your content

• You must be able to lawfully connect any mailbox you connect. Your mailbox, your responsibility.
• Your email and everything derived from it remains yours. We claim no rights over your content.
• You are responsible for what gets sent from your accounts, including drafts the assistant prepared and you approved.
• Keep your login secure; you're responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Don't use Letterknife to send spam or unlawful content, to access mailboxes you have no right to, to probe or disrupt the service, or to resell it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Pricing and cancellation

• Beta pricing: $1/month for the first 3 months, then $19/month. Unlimited connected Gmail accounts.
• Billing is handled by Stripe. Cancel any time from the customer portal — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
• If we ever change pricing, existing subscribers get notice by email before it affects them.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI output can be wrong; review anything important before acting on it. We are not liable for missed emails, mis-filed messages, or decisions made on the basis of assistant output.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how data deletion works). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; if we ever discontinue the service, subscribers get at least 30 days' notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are unaffected.
